I have recently become club President and I have 5 members of the club that I am not able to go visit their island. (to gift plants). Have other Club presidents had the some problem and know the reason?

There have been recent reports of issues when some members have not updated their game, yet.

I did a search for the andriod system it was released on Jan 20th.Guest Answered:
the answer from June's Journey tech support is to ask the members of the club to make sure they are running the current version of the program (2.74.4 as of Jan 2023) .
Other member and I suspect that they are just inactive member that might even deleted their accounts ?
