You only get 10 extra coins for a perfect score, nothing else. The suitcases and gifts inside them are not affected.

This league and last league, beta-test teams had a variety of additional items in the Tips Shop, including a decoration, energy, and compasses. They seem to be one-time offers per league. We don't know if this will be the same or adjusted for the final rollout.
