How do I find something that was placed? I received Yuletide Shopping from a red star box and placed it, but cannot find it. It says I own it. Where is it?

If you placed it, it's probably hidden behind a larger decoration. You could try moving things to look behind them. On one occasion I just couldn't find what I was looking for and I asked the wooga support guys using the help button in the game, and they responded within a day.
Before you try that, you could check on your storage ship, it might have got moved there by mistake.
Another possibility is that it didn't get placed (maybe your island didn't have room).

I checked my storage ship, and have moved everything I could. I also expanded the island. I can’t find it! Isn’t there a search engine or something, if not there should be. 0 0 REPORT
