I have accepted all of my gifted plants/flowers but there is still an arrow showing, it is just yellow/brown now. How do I find out who I need to gift a bush to in order to remove the arrow?

Once you gift to everyone on the list with a green arrow, the arrow on the boat should be gone. Maybe just not synchronized, yet? Is it still there after you reload the game?
