I created an account on my android phone and logged in with my FB account. I played to level 14 and joined a club. I then loaded the app on my iPad, logged in with my FB account but, was not given the option to sync to my existing play. In the process of linking my iPad and Android phone correctly to my FB account I was dropped back to the new account I created on my iPad. NBD, I was only level 14. I want to join the same club. They can still see my old account. I made the player name the same in the new linked account. Can someone from the club invite me and can I join if my old account is still active and I have the same name?
If you want your old account back, contact customer service. It'll help if you can give them the usergame ID from that account or if you have any receipts of purchases you've made from that account. Also if you have contact with club members ask them to give you a screenshot of the club, showing your old game.
If you want to give up your old account and just play the new game, you must be Facebook friends with the club president or officer. Only they can invite you, once you reach level 6. You can have the same name, that won't be an issue. They'll have to remove your old game from the club roster to avoid confusion.
