As President I just was accused of erasing messages from a good member 3x. I did not do it and told her a President has no such power.. What might be going on with her messages? She says she will quit the team over this.

Messages cannot be erased by anyone, including the club president. If she has poor internet connection, it's possible it didn't not go through to the chat room. If a president or officer reporter her using the red button on her profile, it's possible her chat room messages privileges are limited.
