Try closing the game and reload. If you play on a mobile device, see if there's a game update. If that doesn't help and you have the game connected to a Facebook account which saves your progress, then you can try uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. Always save your game user ID, which is written beneath the "help" button in the game settings. If all else fails, contact customer support using that "help" button.
