Can the star booster be used during a Spot the Difference competition?

During competitions, the Star Booster will only help by giving you a full bar of energy that you can use. It has no other properties to increase your competition score.

You can activate your Star booster and not play for 30 mins. Let it expire. Then activate another one and do the same…. To get the energy from them. If your low before a competition, this can be handy and you don’t have to go in and out to activate!!
