I cleared out my cache and storage (by accident) because the ads kept kicking me out of the game. Now, I've lost everything! I've never played through Facebook, can I get my game back? I'm at level 432!

Doubtful. If you didn't have it connected to Facebook, then it was not backed up in the cloud. Contact customer service through the "help" button in the game settings or the "contact us" button at the bottom of their webpage: https://wooga.helpshift.com/hc/en/ Give them your game user ID. If you have made any purchases for the game, have receipts handy. Best of luck.

I have this issue and more. I have tried what their support suggests 3 times, at different times. Now I’ve played (limping along for weeks), and today I’ve played and completed that plays scene numerous times,, and lost my energy, and even collected a star once, then the scene (the one with the second clue… then it disappears, and the clue comes up again… I collect coins. - then the credit disappears, and you have to try again. I hate leaving a really great team, but I’m no longer helpful, because of so many gliches
