Try this first. Load into the level 1 game. Tap on the settings (gear icon), then select social tab, then tap "edit connections" and "log out." Now close the game and start up Facebook. Make sure you log in with the FB account that had your level 743. Now start up June's Journey and connect to Facebook. Hopefully that will bring up the option to start anew or level 743.

If not, don't panic, it's probably still saved in the FB cloud. But you'll just have to have customer support help you. Use the "help" button in the game settings. It will help if you know your previous game ID number and/or have receipts of previous purchases. Have patience and wait for their response via email. If you ask again before they have responded, you'll be sent to the end of the line.
