Can you move a bush that was given to you, to another place on your island?

Yes, we were given the ability to move any and all gift bushes in April 2022. Just tap on the bush to lift it, then slide it to where you'd like it, tap again to set it down. They can only remain on Orchid Island, so they cannot be moved to the accessory islands.

Yes you can but as you can't put it in storage, you have to drag it around to where to want to put it. Also, this limits it to Orchid Island.
