What does “complete renovations to a landmark” mean?

There are 5 landmarks, which you must complete in order: Lighthouse, Chapel, Pirate Ship, Mountain Chateau, and Aviary. The Help Wanted task asks you to renovate the landmark you are currently working on. If the task says 2 times, that means fill 2 bars/steps, which you can do in one sitting by watching the video. If the tasks says 4 times, you can only fill 2 bars initially then fill the last 2 bars next time, which at the ealiest, is 20 hours later.
