Playing sweep the board and competition and I keep getting kicked out. Screen goes black and I have to start again. Lost time and tickets. Happens after playing a couple of scenes. Very frustrating. Ridiculous.

Check to see if you have a game update. If that doesn't help, make sure your game is saved by connecting it to Facebook. Tap on gear icon to go to settings (make note of your game user ID, just in case), select social tab, and select edit connections. If connected to Facebook or to Apple cloud, then go ahead and delete the app and reinstall.
