Is anyone else having an issue when attempting to watch a particular ad in the game, the game crashes and then reboots? This ad always appears with a black screen and a white circular timer in the center. After reporting and much go around with JJ support team they finally told me they had determined two ads were the cause and they were working on a solution. However for some reason they have not pulled the ads that are causing the issue because I get one of those ads at least once a day. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Chances are they can only pass on the request to remove the ads to a separate company that supplies the ads for them. Wooga might not be able to directly control individual ads
