We have 15 members and 7 of them no longer play. I don't know why our president has removed them. ..

We have 15 members and 7 of them no longer play. I don't know why our president has removed them. If a member removes them do they know which member removed them? And also can someone else join our club?

Only president or officers can remove a member. The member who has been removed will receive a letter in the mailbox explaining who exactly removed them. Once the club has a vacancy, another player can join or apply. If the club is set to "open" format, then a new player can join immediately. If the club is set to "application" format, then they must apply and await the president or a officer to admit them.

Try asking your Club president or an officer to remove the inactive players on your message board

I've become president because the other player "president " left the club, now I have 15 players but none of them really do anything for the club, especially in the comps. I was trying to figure out how to delete players that don't participate. And how do I find out when (year) I joined?! Thanks
