I'm afraid, there is no way of helping you with that. You must have the name to search for the team.

You should be able to find the team name if a member is on your boat. Click on the lounge icon and make sure you are in the message area. Then click on the group icon in the lower left. You'll find a list of teams to join. If the team name has an avatar under it, then one of your boat friends is on that team. You can click on the team for more details. Hopefully that will be enough of a hint to help you find your former team name.
