How many hours apart do we get new bushes?

Bushes renew every 22 hours and 55 minutes, but it doesn't start from the time you give the first bush. It seems to start when you have loaded the game. For example, say you regularly load your game only at 8pm to give bushes it will say new bushes at 22hr55min. But then one day, you load the game early and play at 7pm but don't give bushes until 8pm, then it will say you have 21hrs55min to new bushes because they have already been ready to give at 7pm. If you keep loading the game 1 hour earlier, the bushes should be available earlier.

With that said, I though I read that developers may be changing it soon.
