After gifting a bush, how soon can I give that player a bush again. I always thought I had to wait 24 hours, but was able to gift the same player again after 22+ hours. So how many hours exactly do I have to wait?

22 hours is the magic number. Often if you try even 5 minutes earlier, it might tell you 10 hours, but at 22 hours, you can gift that bush.
