We had a teammate suddenly disappear from the club. There was no notice they had left (i.e. 'Player has left the club'). .
They didn't change their name either, and seemed content on the team.
Any clue? Since she is gone, we can't invite her back.

That is puzzling. Possibly a glitch? There would be no way to contact them if you don't have communication outside of the game.
An officer could have accidentally removed player, or player may have left on their own. I don't know if any way to find someone after they have been removed as they are no longer on your boat list etc.
Yes. This happened to my team when jumpers joined the team, shared coffee and left. It never said they left the club...their name just disappeared off the team roster and then eventually disappeared off the sharing bush list.
