We started a new club during week 2 of DL, and till now we haven’t been able to collect ribbon from Help Wanted tasks,… do we need to wait till current DL finish, and then the NEXT DL we can collect/earn ribbons.?

If your club doesn't start by next Monday (week4), then Wooga must have changed the conditions to start next DL.
