For a brand new founded Club, how long do we need to wait before we can collect ribbons?

Your club will enter the Detective League the following Monday at Rookie Division. Then you can start collecting ribbons.

So..that means we wont be able to finish till week 7 ...coz next monday already week 3 in DL?..(or week 4?)... 0 1 REPORT
