The in-game support has changed for some devices, since Wooga has implemented the bot chat. Perhaps the easiest way to send a screenshot is to go to wooga.helpshift.com. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Contact Us". The bottom of that entry allows you to attach a screenshot.

What is bot chat please? And thank you for your answer . I have found out that the + sign for for in-game screenshots appears after Wooga support contacts you (not the auto response), in case anyone else asks.

Bot chat is their automated response program (robot) that will chat with you live to answer common questions.
