I would like to enter the "store" but my PC always says it's unavailable at this time. How do I enter?

Assuming your game is connected to Facebook, try uninstalling the game from Facebook and reinstalling it from https://www.facebook.com/JunesJourney/. Save your user game ID first, just in case you have trouble. It's the series of numbers and letters in the bottom left corner when the game loads and also under the "help" button in the game settings.
