Click on the area where the dolphins are and you will see there is a choice between the area being clear, the dolphins, or the boats. I think there is room for another landmark there too. I don’t think they told us. I just discovered it clicking around the game.

Ah, I see that there were reports of problems with the tutorial. Response from June's Journey: Hey Detectives, we have read reports from some of you that were unable to go through the new tutorial explaining how to switch beautifications (The Coral Reef tutorial). Currently, the tutorial can only advance if you clicked/tapped on the highlighted area.
