On junes, I went to add more flowers and decorate the estate. So I went to flowering mural, 900 coins and you get 30 flowers, I did that twice, they took my 900 coins but I didn’t get the 30 flowers, why is that?

You must wait until the decorations finish construction and you removed the red ribbons before their flower value will count.
