Why I have to wait 8 hours before I can play new chapter? I already cleared all the requirements. I am in 1266 level. This is definately new restriction is making the game less intetesting.

Congrats. You have caught up to the developers. Ever since the game began in 2018, one new chapter (5 hidden object scenes and 1 adventure scene) is released every Thursday, with the exception of holidays and between volumes. That is the speed that new scenes are produced.
