How does the time difference between teams in Detective League affect the beginning and end of each week?

All teams begin and end the Detectives Leagues at the exact same time, but for some teams that time may be more inconvenient than others. For example, the league week ends and starts in the middle of the night for Eastern U.S. teams, while it is prime evening playing time for Australian teams.
