Why do stars seem to sparkle and fill up more than normal after playing a scene? This does not always happen and does not happen with a Star Booster.

I think your refer to the "perfect" score. You get more fanfare and it says, "Perfect," instead of "Scene Cleared," if you find all the objects without any hints, misses, or lapses of the bonus bar. You receive an extra 10 coins for it. Since your score is higher, it will fill up your star more.

Thank you for your reply. No, I am not referring to the "Perfect Score" fanfare. It happens after playing a scene when an individual star fills up but with "sparkles" on the actual star itself and it somehow looks like it is filling up a bit more than normal too.

Have you activated the start booster by any chance? This makes the stars fill up faster than normal.
