You drink whatever your teammates serve; you have no choice of that. To get both coffee and tea on your own menu (to give to your teammates), you'll have to purchase the tea option with your drink tips.
But regardless of which drink you serve, first of the day is free, 2nd drink costs 10 diamonds, 3rd costs 20 diamonds, etc.
