How do you open the toolbox in the new bushes rewards?

I found out from Wooga that the toolboxes give you building material rewards (wood, bricks, etc). These supplies are automatically added to the Jack's Delivery inventory. So, unless you keep a running tally of these supplies you'll never notice the change...but your inventory of materials IS increasing.

Well that really sucks! Building materials like seriously! Diamonds are what we are supposed to get from bushes but building materials, seriously are they for real! Who on earth would think that this was a good idea! 11 0 REPORT

I’ve gotten plenty of diamonds from the new bushes plus I’m noticing more in regular game play and in the star boxes. Unless I’m just getting lucky. Guest Replied

My beef is that they give out very few snippets and almost every time you open a snippet there's nothing new everything is a repeat again and again and again it'sGuest Replied
Yes the definitely make you play games and jump through hoops, and then you only get something you already have. Even when I only had ten things I got those same ten over and over! Guest Replied
Exactly on the snippets. I rarely get new ones. I don't even play them half the time until I have several to openI am not going to spend real world money on unreal world things!.

On my game the toolboxes have been opened and the actual material I'm getting is shown rising from the bush instead. So a tiny little hammer goes up instead etc.. pointless waste of time unless you have a materials task.. the bush is basically worthless. A huge slap in the face from wooga taking away the one diamond source and making it a grab bag of everything used in the game. We use to be able to have a bank of diamonds. Ms. Tearius Answered:
The building material that you receive from the toolbox will go directly to your building material counts in Jack's Delivery Hangar.

I look at the counts before I remove bushes (i.e. screenshot), then again after to see what I have received.Guest Replied

The game is not as fun any more , everything is geared to get the players to buy more diamonds.The rewards are not worth as much as we put into the game. New bushes suck...

I wish Wooga would listen to the players and put the diamonds back Into the bushes that we gift each day, it’s making game play difficult because you cannot give two drinks at coffee time therefore we are not getting the energy needed to play, plus the completions are ridiculous, also there is not enough time when one DL ends and another begins, in my opinion there should be a 3 week gapIf you are still looking for help with this game we have more questions and answers for you to check.
