My JJ game keeps going off randomly on my fire tablet, other games are fine . I've deleted the game..

My JJ game keeps going off randomly on my fire tablet, other games are fine . I've deleted the game and re installed but it still happens. Any advice as to what else I can try?

Before you start JJ, make sure all the other apps are closed. I will occasionally, open up the tablet settings, got to "apps & games", select recent apps and "clear cache".
