I have lost the green chair coffee cup icon on the bottom right corner of my June’s Journey screen. I cannot exchange coffees collect tips etc. I emailed the club president who assured me I was not kicked off the team and in fact still appear on the team rooster. Please Help!,!!

Ms. Tearius Answered:
The game must have tagged you as suspicious for hacking activity or visiting hacking sites, and thus removed your lounge chair. Only way to restore it is to appeal to customer support. Contact them through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon).

I have already done this for over 2 weeks and I still can’t get anything other than one form letter type response? Is there another way to contact help? I tried but Wooga support sent me a response stating that we are closing this conversation. Please refer to your initial help conversation for support. 0 0 REPORT

Best to keep replying to the original conversation, rather than start a new conversation, which will put you in the back of the line. You can also try [email protected], but this too will put you at the back of the line. Once you get the form letter, keep replying to the agent in the email, asking for reinstatement. For more questions for June's Journey - Hidden Object check out the answers page where you can search or ask your own question.
