I tried to save my progress but lost it instead. I started over and have past the point I had been at. I want to buy a new iPad but want to transfer the game. How can I do that?

To save your progress and to be able to transfer the game to other devices, you must connect your game to a Facebook account. Then on the new device, log in to that Facebook account, install and start the game, and connect it to Facebook. You'll get the option to start from the beginning or continue with the game in progress.

Make sure you have updated the latest version in your app store. Make sure you have enough available memory on your device to play, by closing all other apps and clearing browser cache. If still unable to open, contact customer support at [email protected] and provide you user game ID, which is visible on the lower left corner of your loading screen.
