I am so hooked on this game that now, not being able to play is terrible because I'm forced to wait for new chapters on Thursday. My question is; if I don't play the new chapter on Thursday will next Thursday the other new chapters add up? Basically not play at all and wait for many new chapters. They will add up?

Yes, they will add up if you already have the necessary flowers to open those scenes.
