How do I start up a new team & take 2 current players with me?

You have to coordinate with them ahead of time. Best is to have your game connected to Facebook, and them become FB friends with them. Inform them of the new team you will be forming. Then you can leave the old team, pay 5000 coins to start a new team. Because they are FB friends, you should be able to invite them from your list of players after they have left the old team. Coordinating outside of the game through FB messenger or Whatsapp or Discord is very helpful.

If then are not FB friends with you, you will have no connection with them once you leave. They will have to leave the old team and then search for your new team and "join" or "apply".

When I left a team I was on I bid everyone fair well and told them they could visit me at my new club name. 8 players jumped ship and followed.
