What does it look like when you get kicked off of a team?

I was removed from a team, after contributing in all the extra games. They should, at the least, give you an explanation. Otherwise, it’s just rude. Junes Journey will no longer get my money, which was substantial as of late!

Thank you for your consideration in answering my question. I was using this game to overcome a difficult situation and I was very hurt when dumped from Charlie’s Travel team. I’m elderly and was doing my part to contribute. Bad karma Charlie

I'm president right now on a team and had to cut players. It feels bad to do it. I post asking what has changed to make their playing sub par. Perhaps they don't understand how their play style impacts the others? Real life stuff? Connectivity issues? After couple weeks/incidents, I let the group know I'm cutting. There have only been supportive comments on the process. Sounds like you got in a club with minimal communication. If you love the game, know that there a different styles and one is right for you. Play on!

We just kick someone off of our team recently (I am an officer). But there was ongoing chats (over weeks) among the officers and the captain and I gave several direct warnings to the 'mate. Reason? Show and scoot. Would join in a comp for a minute, contribute next-to-nothing, but qualify for the prizes. Many times our team would end up in 2nd or 3rd instead of winning 1st. We expect at least a decent effort.
