In the scene just before going to the next chapter. I found the 3 items in the scene but one wouldn’t register what do I do as I can’t advance?

Not sure what chapter/scene you are at, but the following is from the JJ News & Update site.
"Taps are not registering when trying to pick up the letter ‘M’ in the adventure scene of Volume 5, chapter 27. We have reported this and should have it fixed soon."
