Why does a teams ribbons calculate to only half of the points they show for 1st place in DK week 5? They show 69k points but ribbons add to 33k... Is cheating a possibility?

Those are teams that rotate other players/accounts in. Apparently, it is an acceptable strategy, but only 15 of the players will receive the reward.
