I've been waiting since yesterday to do the task of use 35 materials. My Jack's delivery finally came in so I sent him on another trip and I used 33 each of 3 different items - then I went back to collect my task and it's not complete. So frustrating! I don't know but seems like a glitch. Any other ideas. I've been playing for about 3 months so I'm still kind of new to the game?

Report it to customer service through the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon). Include your game user ID, so they can investigate.
