When you press on a building what does the symbol between the red x and the coin. It is a house with a key over it. What happens when you press that middle icon? Some things are not reversible. Thank you.
That is building upgrades. No harm to press. Use gold bars to upgrade building facades 😃
If your building has gone through 5 upgrades, the green icon with house & hammer symbol will take you to that building's "Style Picker" options, where you can downgrade or upgrade your building style using gold bars. You will also find your gold bar total here.
If your building has not been upgraded 5 times, then the green icon will have a simple house symbol, and allow you to upgrade the building.
