I have a teammate who works hard to earn blue chips for us in the DL, but when she goes to check her score, it shows zero points. Also, she has been unable to see our chats in the cafe, although she can leave remarks and we see them. She has restarted her game twice, but the result is still the same. It's very frustrating for her and we'd love to help her. Any thoughts or suggestions?

If she has the latest updated version of the game and that still happens, contact customer support through the "help" button in the game settings.
