Why did Wooga suddenly change the day for competition? It went from Tuesday to Monday. And without warning. Are they changing Saturday's competition, too?
Answers
Ms. Tearius Answered:
Competition has consistently been Tuesday and Saturday 00:00 to 23:99 UTC Time Zone and has not changed. Perhaps your team has changed its meeting time or your locality has changed time for daylight savings start or end. The competition window starts 14 hours before your meeting time.

We moved our meeting time only one hour later, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. This shouldn’t have changed the day. 0 0 REPORT

Ms. Tearius: it has happened again. Competition started on Friday evening Eastern time zone. We only changed our meeting time from 8:00 am to 9:00am eastern time. Also the competition just suddenly appears, no warning. Our team isn’t the only team on the list.Ms. Tearius Replied
Yes, this is expected. A team with 9am Eastern meeting time means your play window will start 7pm (16 hrs before). Friday 7pm EST = Saturday 00:00 UTC, so yes you will start comp on Friday. This time slot is the first group of teams to play, so there will be no warning time.In comparison, 8am Eastern means your play window will start 6pm. But Friday 6pm Eastern = FRIDAY 23:00 (11pm) UTC, so NOT competition time. Team that meets at 8am Eastern will play on Saturday 6pm Eastern. Warning time will start 7pm Friday for these teams.

Thank you so much for that clear explanation. Now it makes sense. I’ll pass this on to my team.Guest Replied
So if my groups meeting time is 6pm, what time will the completion open for me in Oregon(PST)? And completions dates are only Tues and Sat?Search for more answers for June's Journey - Hidden Object or ask your own here.
