Why is my June’s Journey app crashing all the time?

My Ipad is 7 and 128 gb. when I play June Journey, it crash every 2 minutes.

I have having the same problem with crashing. I have lost lots of rewards due to it crashing in person the middle of playing. It is not my iPad or internet connection since this is the only game it happens on.

I have an I pad 6 pad have been playing junes journey for 2 years on it with no issues. It is updated to the latest ios 15 .. Pearls peril works fine and all other apps. Junes journey now wont stay connected for more then a few minutes. The problem dosent seem to be the I pad. And I'm not playing the game on facebook.

I have an iPad 6 playing Junes JJ for several years with no problems. Ver. is 16.4.1, 128 gm. I am connected thru Apple. Over the last two mos. my experience has gone from bad to worse. Now I get kicked out every 5 minutes. I have no problems with my other internet game. I changed my browser to chrome as default, that has not helped.

I have been having problems with it since the last 2 updates, I even went and got a new router, however now every night at 7:30 est it starts crashing while waiting for a video to finish. My opinion too many ads, constantly getting "watching ad spinning wheel" when no ad is on and then says claim anyway? This is Woogas servers issue. With all the money everyone spends on this freakin game, you would think they would upgrade their servers. They tell me to delete the game and then restart it. I am not going to do that.

I’ve got the same issue except I’m on an iPhone. Super frustrating. It crashes in the middle of watching videos, in the middle of playing a level. I keep losing energy and my place in the game.
