One of my team members appears to have lost her chair a week ago. She's not a hacker/cheater, been playing for a long time (5 Sherlock trophies on her beautifully decorated island). Can't collect ribbons, enter the cafe or return bushes to her team. She loves this game, her team and playing comps & leagues. Unable to contact her outside the game but she is definitely logging on daily to collect bushes. I'm just wondering if anyone knew the current time frame is for Wooga to investigate missing chairs. Thx!!
Note that you cannot depend on the absence of bushes to know that she logs in daily to collect them. Bushes will not appear upon revisit unless the recipient logs in and chooses not to remove the bushes. So if you give a bush, leave, then immediately revisit her island, you'll see that your bush is not present. You cannot assume that she logged in and collected it.
As for the time frame for Wooga to address this issue, it could take a week to several weeks. It depends how long their investigation takes.
