To reach the Deja Vu Store:

1. on your island screen, open the yellow folder

2. then open the Memoirs Album

3. tap snippet packs icon on the bottom right corner

4. tap on the shopping bag icon (bottom of page, 3rd icon).

Yellow folder: it is really gold and cover with yellow piping and folds making it look like it is a wallet of sorts. It is located on the bottom, the fourth icon on left. I have the hardest time finding anything on this game too. They soon that we know the names of the items.
