Hello! What does the person see when I decline their invitation? I've been invited several times by the same person. Thank you.

They will not receive any information or notice of declination. Only thing they will see is that they are able to invite you again from the list.

One solution to stop repeated invites, is to join the club and post a message in their chatroom declining the offer, then leave the club. A more costly alternative is to pay 5000 coins and set up a club for yourself only, then they can no longer invite you.
