How do I use my banked blue rosettes?

The banked blue rosettes are the cumulative points that the club has earned in the previous weeks of the current Detective League. They only come in play when your team has reached Sherlock Division, where they are unlocked and used to rank your team with all the other teams in Sherlock Division. They are also included when showing your total league points on the global leaderboard. They have no other purpose.
