My iPad keeps crashing when I’m playing. Can I transfer my game to my computer without losing everything?

You can if the game has been connected to Facebook. Check the game settings, under social tab. Once connected to Fb, Go to your computer, log into the same Fb account, go to "June's Journey app page" and "play game".

This is a workaround and nota fix to the problem of constantly crashing

FB is a terrible platform. Forcing me to use it in order to enjoy your game is a terrible idea.
