Somehow all my progress was deleted and am back at the very beginning of JJ! My club will be wondering why I dropped out so suddenly without any explanation. Is there any way a message can be sent to them or the club president to let them know what has happened?

No, there is no way to contact them, unless you have previously established a means to communicate outside of the game. That's why it's important to have a separate communication method, such as Facebook, Fb messenger, Discord, or even email.
