There are many varieties of bush rotations and exchanges. Here are some common ones:
A bush rotation means all team members give, for example, a red bush to one member on day 1, then day 2, they all give to next member on the list, and so on, rotating through the member list. It's not ideal since you'd only get 14 red bushes every 15 days, can't give yourself one and have to wait 15 days to get diamonds you may need to use before then). Usually need someone to remind whose turn it is to receive. Some teams will break into smaller rotation groups.
The best exchange is to make a list of all the members and each gives 1 red bush to the next person below them on the list, 2 blues to the next 2 members, and 3 greens to the next 3 members. That way, everyone gives 6 and gets 6 bushes every day. No need to give reminders of whose turn it is.
